In their continued effort to meet the needs of their clients Calibre Homes introduced the fixed Management Fee Program. The program is based on a unique client builder relationship. Most builders operate on a cost plus basis where the more the house cost the more the builder makes. Most builders charge 15 – 20% mark up on everything, materials, labor, widgets & what nots. The fixed management fee works differently. Once you have decided on a home plan, Calibre will prepare a budget based upon features and products which are standard to all Calibre Homes. Calibre negotiates with suppliers and subs for the very best price on every material, task & product required to build a home.

This savings is passed on directly to the client at cost. All invoices are supplied to the client. There are no mark ups on materials, on products or labor cost. Calibre receives a fixed pre arranged fee based on square footage. Once the square footage is finalized the fee remains fixed through out the building process. If you choose to use products other than our standards we pass our builders cost on to you.
